Cancellations and Refund

1. Applicability

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to purchases of courses, programs, digital products, or services offered by Math Enclave via the Site.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel a subscription or service by contacting us or via your account settings (if available).

  • Cancelling a subscription will prevent further renewals, but does not automatically refund amounts already paid (except as specified below).

3. Refunds

  • Because digital content (courses, videos, downloads) is delivered immediately or made accessible online, we generally do not provide refunds once access is granted.

  • However, in certain cases (e.g. technical issues, non-delivery, or other exceptional circumstances), we may consider refunds at our discretion.

  • Any refund, if granted, will be made using the same payment method used for the transaction (or another method via mutual agreement).

4. Partial Refunds or Pro Rata Refunds

If applicable (for subscription plans or multi-module programs), we may offer partial refunds or prorated refunds based on usage or time elapsed. This will be explicitly stated in the course or product description if available.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request cancellation or refund, please contact us at mathenclave9@gmail.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number / transaction ID

  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

  • Any supporting evidence (e.g. technical issue screenshots)

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe (e.g. 5–10 business days).

6. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this policy in the future; changes will be posted to the Site and take effect upon posting.
