Booking Tips

  1. Group bookings: For co-living/service apartments (Urban Nest, White Fern Stays), booking a full apartment for 3–4 teachers together works out cheaper per head than individual hotel rooms.

  2. Compare before confirming: Prices on Booking.com, Agoda and MakeMyTrip can differ by ₹100–400 for the same room on the same night — always do a quick 2-minute check across all three before paying.

  3. Book early: Since 2nd–3rd October falls close to the festive season, rooms in TNGO Colony / Financial District can fill up quickly — recommend confirming at least 2–3 weeks in advance.

  4. Free cancellation: Most listed properties on Booking.com offer free cancellation up to 24–48 hrs before check-in — prefer these options in case travel plans shift.

  5. Transport: All properties are on or near the ORR, giving a direct ~30–45 min drive to the Kollur campus via Patancheru road.
